Son by Lois Lowry is the final book in The Giver series. I thought it was a wonderful end to a wonderful story. This book first goes back in time, to when Gabe was born. It then tells the story of Claire, Gabe's birthmother, and her journey to find him. This book is a must read for anyone who has read The Giver.
