Variant was an excellent book with many surprising twists. Benson is a foster child who is constantly being shipped around. He applies for a boarding school for children like him who have no home to go to. The school is not what is seems and there is no turning back once you get there, you are trapped. As he adjusts to the strange ways in the school he discovers a grueling secret that could just be the end of him! This was once again an excellent book! If you read this don't get to attached to anyone because you never now what might happen!
