Improvements to Library Events
Patrons registering for events are now be able to request a reminder via text message. Reminders are sent one day before the event is scheduled. Patrons can continue to request email reminders, as well. This enhancement was requested by EngagedPatrons member libraries. Thanks for the suggestion!

can librarians send reminders to registered patrons even if patron does not request a reminder email?

Yes, staff can send emails to individual registrants or group emails to all registrants.
