2nd Annual Rock and Read @ Your Library - Battle of the Bands
The Van Buren Public Library is hosting its 2nd annual Rock and Read @ Your Library with a Battle of the Bands contest. Teens from around the county will get a chance to show off their musical talent on Tuesday, October 16th from 6 - 9 p.m.   The event will take place at the front entrance to the Van Buren Public Library on 111 N. 12th St. This contest is sponsored by the Friends of the Van Buren Library and by Hi-Fi Studios in Van Buren. Hi- Fi Studios has donated 10 hours of recording studio time to the 1st place winner, 5 hours for second place and 2 hours to third place.
