Jamie just stopped in and let us know that they're currently working on the underground rough-in. They're placing
conduit and pipe in the subgrade beneath the slab for the
electrical and waste systems. After the pipe work is complete, they'll continue adding grade and sub-grade.
The
floor slabs will start going down next week.
