Teens can get connected with the library's NEW teen reading software...just click on the teen reading link to the left of this page to get started.  Teens can share their favorite books, track what they've read, get reading recommendations from their peers, AND have a chance to WIN AN IPOD SHUFFLE just for participating.  This activity is a part of our year-long Books Alive! Teen Reading Program funded in part by a grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission.

The annual Holiday BOGO (Buy-One-Get-One) FREE Scholastic Book Fair is arriving in the Children's Library on Friday, Dec. 2, 2011.  The fair will be open Friday afternoon through Saturday, Dec. 10 during regular library hours.

Please plan to do a little holiday shopping at great prices.  We have books for kids of all ages, cookbooks, activity kits, stocking stuffers, and even adult titles.  There's a little bit of everything for everyone at unbeatable prices!

Proceeds benefit the Children's Library.
