Get the Research Bug!
Students grades 6-12 are invited to attend our FREE workshop on learning how to find and use primary sources to do research. Students will get a chance to see and experience REAL history (to experience events as they were happening) via letters, diaries, journals, early newspapers and much more. There will be lots of information, hands-on learning, online digital exploration via library computers, and an opportunity to learn more about the WE MAKE HISTORY PROJECT. This exciting workshop will be held at the Maury County Public Library on Thursday, Oct. 11 from 6 PM – 7:30 PM. The workshop is free, but registration is required, so please call (931) 375-6507 or email mcaron@maurycounty-tn.gov to reserve your spot today.
