Author Faye Aldridge, a songwriter, speaker and businesswoman, will be at the Maury County Public Library at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, to discuss her book, “Real Messages from Heaven,” a book that offers undeniable proof of life after death.
Following a news report by WSMV Channel 4 news of Nashville on July 11, 2012, this proof was further authenticated in an article published in The Daily Herald. The article, “When doctors see ghosts: A tale of hope” documents the testimonies of Dr. Arthur Cushman, neurosurgeon in the Tennessee area, and Dr. Carl Willis, hematologist and medical oncologist in Tennessee. Each physician personally witnessed an other-worldly, ghostly apparition in their respective homes just hours after Faye’s husband, Burke Aldridge, died of cancer at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. This well-covered story was also carried on CBS Atlanta 46 in Georgia, KSLA in Shreveport, La., KLTV in Tyler, Texas, WFIE in Indiana, and other stations in Myrtle Beach, Memphis, Cleveland, Charlotte, etc.
The after-death encounters inspired Faye to write “Real Messages from Heaven.” The book tells Burke’s story, along with many other miraculous true stories as told to Faye, and includes many of her own inspiring life experiences.
