Two piece of good news for Milltown Public Library patrons:

1. The library received a grant from the Wisconsin Center for the Book!

2. That grant will be used to host an author visit by Lois Walfrid Johnson at the library on Saturday, November 10 at 10 a.m. She will speak about "The Story Behind The Story." Johnson is the author of the popular children's series Adventures of the Northwoods, Riverboat Adventures, and Viking Quest, as well as other books of inspiration fiction and non-fiction for adults and kids. Mark your calendars and be sure to bring your family and friends!

An ode to evening storytimes:

No more night-time storytime

Come at 10 instead

Read and sing in the morning

Then turn in early for bed!

Due to dwindling attendance, the Milltown Public Library will no longer offer night-time storytimes. Please join us for storytime every Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. Plan to arrive early though, and space is limited for this popular weekly program.
