Gregor the Overlander series by Suzanne Collins
A Fast and Brutal Wing (very interesting read recommended to me by Mrs. Inhelder at MHS...you have to decide if it actually fantasy or not)
A Great and Terrible Beauty and sequels by Libba Bray
The Giver by Lois Lowry (dystopia)
